16 units across two levels – building from foundational business knowledge at Level 4 to advanced strategic and operational leadership at Level 5.
The Level 4 units establish the foundations of learning by providing a broad introduction to business and different business functions. By completion you will have sound knowledge of core leadership and management concepts.
Explore how different types, sizes, and scopes of organisations operate and interrelate. You will analyse how the macroenvironment influences business operations and use analytical tools to assess internal strengths and weaknesses alongside external macro factors.

No – there are no external exams. Assessment is entirely portfolio-based through continuous assessment. You develop a portfolio of evidence across each module, receiving formative feedback at milestones before your final submission at the end of each module.
