Day-to-Day Learning – through the learndirect Platform

All course content, reading materials, video lectures, and formative exercises are accessed through the learndirect online platform. You study at your own pace – the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Progress tracking, submission portals, and feedback tools are all integrated within the platform, so your full learning journey is visible in one place.

Tutor Support – from South Essex College Group (SECG) Academic Staff

Academic support is provided by named tutors from South Essex College Group. Your tutor is your primary point of contact for questions about course content, assignment feedback, and academic guidance.
